LEARNER INFORMATION

Clear expectations.
Thoughtful learning.

Information about enquiries, personal data, and participation in our courses.

Privacy and enquiry forms

The application and contact forms collect your name, email address, selected program where applicable, and the message you choose to provide. The institute uses these details to respond to your enquiry and manage admissions. Submissions are stored in the institute’s application database and can be viewed by administrators with access to the admissions system. In an email-enabled deployment, staff notifications and receipt messages are also sent through the configured email service.

Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details, medical information, or other sensitive records in these forms. Contact us first if documents are needed. For questions about your information, or a request to correct or remove an enquiry record, email admissions@danphelab.edu.np.

Parents, guardians, and younger learners

If a learner is under 18, a parent or guardian should contact admissions before submitting an application. Confirm the course’s age suitability, permission requirements, supervision, and online participation arrangements before enrolling. The short-course catalog is not a published K–12 school curriculum.

Before enrolment

Request written confirmation of the course dates, timetable, named instructor, prerequisites, complete fees, payment and refund terms, assessment requirements, and any completion credential. Submitting an application expresses interest; it does not confirm admission, a place, a scholarship, or a payment obligation.

Learning environment and responsible AI

Treat other learners and instructors respectfully. Protect personal information, acknowledge sources, and disclose AI assistance where required by an assignment. Use datasets and tools with appropriate permission. Raise concerns about conduct or course participation with the institute through the contact page.

Access and learning support

Contact admissions before enrolling to discuss accessibility needs, internet or device limitations, and available learning support. Confirm that the proposed arrangements meet your needs before committing to a course.

Website services

The website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Chat information is also shared with the chat service when you use it. Contact the institute with privacy questions.
